The information that Lucky Duck Software (LDS) is exposed to, collects and shares about you depends on which product you are using.
CleanOut /
CleanOut for Xbox
Exposed: During execution, the app is exposed to email, contact and calendar information transmitted from Microsoft 365 / Outlook.com to the user’s device using the Microsoft Graph APIs provided by Microsoft within the Azure AD security framework. That information never leaves the user’s device and LDS has no access to it.
Collect: As a retail customer of the Microsoft Store, your information is not shared with LDS and therefore no personally identifiable information about you is collected or stored by LDS.
Share: The app sends anonymous crash and usage data to a Microsoft service called AppCenter to improve the quality of the app. It also sends anonymous data about yourself, including location information if enabled, to personalize ad content that may be more relevant to you.

Outlook
Exposed: During execution, the add-in is exposed to email, contact and calendar information stored locally in Outlook. That information never leaves the user’s device and LDS has no access to it.
Collect: As a direct customer of LDS, we will collect basic contact and product information which will be stored in a secure database hosted by a global IT provider.
Share: The app sends anonymous crash and usage data to a Microsoft service called AppCenter to improve the quality of the app. LDS does not share any information about you with any partners or other organizations.

Exposed: Customers that buy a subscription to CleanOut for Outlook share basic contact and product information which is stored in a secure database hosted by a global IT provider.
Collect: The website uses cookies to monitor usage and improve the user experience. We also partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay to improve and market our products/services. Website usage data is captured using first and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of products/services and online activity. Additionally, we use this information for site optimization, fraud/security purposes, and advertising.
