The information that Lucky Duck Software (LDS) is exposed to, collects and shares about you depends on which product you are using.

CleanOut for Office 365

Exposed: During execution, the app is exposed to email, contact and calendar information transmitted from Office 365 to your device using the Microsoft Graph APIs provided by Microsoft within the Azure AD security framework. That information never leaves your device and LDS has no access to it.

Collect: As a retail customer of the Windows Store, your information is not shared with LDS and therefore no personally identifiable information about you is collected or stored by LDS. If you report an issue to LDSs Customer Care portal, your basic information will be stored in a database hosted by Atlassian.

Share: The app sends anonymous crash and usage data to a service called HockeyApp to improve the quality of the app. It also sends anonymous data, including location information if enabled, to personalize ad content that may be more relevant to you.

 

CleanOut for Outlook

Exposed: During execution, the add-in is exposed to email, contact and calendar information store locally in Outlook. That information never leaves your device and LDS has no access to it.

Collect: As a direct customer of LDS, we will collect basic contact and product information from you which will be stored in a secure database hosted by a global IT provider. If you report an issue to LDSs Customer Care portal, your basic information will be stored in a database hosted by Atlassian.

Share: LDS does not share any information about you with any partners or other organizations.
